Job Description Job Description Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid in Atlanta office Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive digital marketing strategy. This role will focus on increasing awareness, engagement, and adoption of our products across diverse target audiences, including prospects, customers, and agent partners, using multiple digital channels such as website/SEO, email, paid search, and social media. As an individual contributor, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will bring strategic thinking, hands-on B2B marketing experience, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Key Responsibilities Integrated Digital Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy that includes both inbound and outbound tactics across website/SEO, email, social media, paid media, display advertising, and traditional media outlets, aligned with broader sales and GTM initiatives. Email Marketing Strategy: Lead the email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation, in collaboration with content and creative teams. Ensure email campaigns align with other digital marketing efforts. Campaign Creation & Optimization: Create, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, conducting A/B tests on creative assets and landing pages to enhance conversions. Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to manage customer journeys and nurture leads through personalized communications. Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee external vendors for SEO, PPC, display, and paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and performance metrics. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Partner with marketing operations to analyze cross-channel campaign performance, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content, creative, and product marketing teams and partner with other departments (e.g., sales, risk advice, and claims) to ensure cohesive, impactful digital campaigns that support go-to-market strategies and business objectives. Media Plan & Budget Management: Develop and manage media plans, negotiate contracts, and allocate spending efficiently across campaigns to optimize ROI. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our brand innovative and competitive. Qualifications ~6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategic email marketing, preferably in the B2B insurance or financial services industry. ~ Demonstrated success in multi-channel digital marketing, including SEO, paid search, social media, email, and display advertising. ~ Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). ~ Expertise in email & SMS marketing best practices and audience segmentation. ~ Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. ~ Strong analytical skills and proven experience interpreting marketing data to drive decision-making. ~ Vendor management and paid media budget experience. ~ Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus). ~ Certifications in relevant digital marketing areas are highly desirable. Preferred Attributes Experience in both B2B and direct-to-consumer digital marketing campaigns. Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools. Background in insurance, financial services, or technology industries.
