Summary:

This individual is responsible for the overall management and execution of stadium operations for our client, ensuring a safe, clean, and fan-friendly environment. This role oversees day-to-day facility maintenance, event logistics, vendor management, grounds crew, and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stadium operations including maintenance, cleanliness, security, groundskeeping, and event setup/breakdown.
• Manage field supplies; monitor and control expenses.
• Lead and supervise operations staff including part-time and seasonal employees.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for security, cleaning, and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, ADA, and fire codes.
• Work closely with the grounds crew to maintain a professional playing surface in all weather conditions.
• Create and execute standard operating procedures for game days and special events.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., ticketing, marketing, sponsorship) to support events and game-day promotions.

• Serve as a primary contact for facility-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in stadium or large venue operations; prior baseball experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
