OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will report directly to the Controller and take on the day-to-day accounting for multiple entities.

• Contribute to monthly and annual close processes-help ensure everything is wrapped up accurately and on time.
• Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and assist with creating financial reports and analysis.
• Work closely with the finance team to update reports during the close process-accuracy and attention to detail are key.
• Maintain Internal Controls
• Assist with preparing sales tax returns and provide support during sales tax audits-keeping things compliant and stress-free.
• Audit Prep & Support

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Staff Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Strong general accounting knowledge

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
