Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications:
Equivalent combination accepted.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements:
1-3 years in a related area.
Knowledge of and exposure to commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in training program development, implementation, administration, and evaluation.
Portal application development and Learning Management System experience.
Human Resources experience.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
Certifications:
None

Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with multiple departments and levels within organization, as well as external vendors.
Analytics: ability to gather data, understand its implications and apply conclusions to making decisions.
Excellent communication skills - oral and written presentation abilities.

Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
