Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing intuitive and user-centric interfaces, with a deep understanding of the latest design trends and principles. You will be responsible for creating engaging and consistent user experiences across all digital platforms.

• User Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct user research to understand target audiences, their needs, and behaviors.
  • Analyze research data to create personas, user journeys, and wireframes.

• Design & Prototyping:

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into visual designs.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
  • Provide and solicit feedback from team members and other stakeholders to continuously improve the design process.

• Usability Testing:

  • Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and make iterative improvements to designs.
  • Analyze and interpret feedback to make informed design decisions.

• Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Advocate for the importance of user-centered design across the organization.
