Responsible for cleaning assigned area which includes the main office area, restrooms, and any other area that may require janitorial services.

Essential Functions

• Sweep mop and clean all floor surfaces on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Dust office area as necessary.
• Empty garbage from all offices and general common areas.
• Maintain garbage cans/containers in clean condition.
• Clean windows as required.
• Clean outside of main entrance as required.
• Use various chemicals for general cleaning.
• Strive for CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. The learning process allows us to improve everything we do, every service, every product, for every customer.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge/Skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving, good verbal, written, communication skills and excellent listening skills.

• Read, Write and comprehend the English or Spanish language.

Cleaning experience is a plus. English speaking is optional. Must be legal to work in the USA, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation to/from the worksite(s). Position currently available include the following:

Hartland Cleaning - Part time. Columbus, NE - 16 hours per weekend, day time shift, Saturday/Sunday start time anytime after 8am.
