fulfill the role of Xactimate Estimator. This position is essential in providing valuable
support to our dedicated field staff as we strive to make a meaningful difference in the

General Position Description:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience with Xactimate
and will be responsible for managing estimating tasks, including associated collection
duties. This role is instrumental in supporting our ongoing expansion and success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis; must be technologically adept and
experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook).
Exceptional organizational and planning skills with an acute attention to detail.
Experience in mitigation, along with IICRC certifications in Water, Mold, Smoke,
and Fire restoration, is preferred.
Familiarity with Dash and Encircle software is a plus, although not mandatory.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage estimates effectively.
Experience in job file management and collections of outstanding accounts.
Strong multitasking capabilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to recognize and resolve issues independently.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to insurance
stakeholders, homeowners, and property managers.
High degree of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and possess a valid drivers license.
Full-time: 40 hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $24 - $25 per hour
