Location: Hybrid onsite nearby Laguna Hills, CA (candidates should already be local to SoCal)

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Compensation: $55.00 per hour W2 (based on experience)

Job Overview :

  • Partnered with a client who's seeking a skilled and motivated Blockchain Developer to work on designing, implementing, and supporting distributed blockchain applications and solutions. You will leverage your knowledge of blockchain technology to develop innovative solutions that drive the future of decentralized finance, supply chain management, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Blockchain Development : Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based applications and smart contracts.
  • Smart Contract Implementation : Develop and deploy smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or other blockchain networks.
  • Blockchain Protocols : Work with blockchain protocols, cryptographic principles, and consensus algorithms to build decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Integration : Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems or platforms to ensure seamless functionality and interoperability.
  • Security : Ensure blockchain systems are secure and follow best practices for safeguarding transactions and user data.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and solutions in blockchain and cryptocurrency development.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with other developers, designers, and engineers to create and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Testing and Debugging : Conduct rigorous testing of smart contracts, blockchain systems, and applications to ensure performance and reliability.

Required Skills :

  • Must have at least 3 to 5 years' of proven experience in blockchain development, specifically with platforms like Ethereum, Solana, or Hyperledger.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
  • Experience with smart contract frameworks and development tools like Truffle, Hardhat, or Brownie.
  • Understanding of decentralized applications (dApps) and their development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with consensus algorithms, cryptography, and blockchain architecture.
  • Experience with database management systems and integration with blockchain technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
