In this high-profile role, you will support the companies hiring needs across both corporate and manufacturing functions for US operations. With your proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, excellent networking and relationship management skills, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to source, interview, and onboard top-tier talent.

This contract role will allow you to leverage your expertise while contributing to the company's continued success. Your adaptability, enthusiasm, and drive for results will make you an essential part of the company's mission.

This is an "on-site" 5 days/week position located in the 77041 Northwest Houston area paying $30.00/hr.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage job postings, screen resumes, and track candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment vendors to expand and strengthen our talent pipeline, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and agility in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

Qualifications and Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • Experience: 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing and corporate roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as UltiPro is preferred.
  • Education: A college degree is preferred, or equivalent certifications in HR or related fields.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Professional approach to working with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, providing top-notch customer service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to a 3+-month contract position.
  • Adaptability: Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and changing demands.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reviewing resumes, interview feedback, and candidate documentation to ensure consistency and high standards.
  • Time Management & Organization: Skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and meeting deadlines while ensuring a high level of efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Prior experience working with recruiting agencies and managing external vendor relationships is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
