• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (390k+), including:
- Quality incentives up to 24,000 annually - Call back pay and more
• Commencement bonus: 30,000

Position Details
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital
- Currently building a new OR suite with: - 5 new ORs - 2 endoscopy suites (flexible to 2 additional ORs) - 15 pre/post-op rooms - 7 PACUs
• Four 10-hour days per week
• 5 FTE group, with one CRNA providing pain management services
• Full-time, permanent position
• Collaborative team and positive environment
• Utilizes Epic EMR
