Job Description

Position Details: We wanted to have a customer service agent on our remote team that is both industrious and lively. In this role you will represent the business and give our customers exceptional service. Helping consumers with their queries, attending to their concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience regardless of circumstances should be your key priorities. Vital purposes:


Customer contacts via phone, email, chat, or social media should be promptly and precisely responded upon while considering their demands.


Professionally and effectively address technical problems, concerns about products, and billing questions.


Maintaining current with any changes to this information, have thorough knowledge of the goods and services to be able to counsel clients in an informed and useful manner.


Interact with customers in a friendly and caring manner always keeping in mind the need of conveying the values and voice of the business.


Establishing strong rapport with clients by exceeding their needs can help you to retain them returning.


Cooperation: Work with several organizations to address challenging issues and increase client satisfaction. Tell us if you find any issues that keep arising so we may address them.


Finding out what consumers believe will help you improve the support systems, good or service offering.


Attributes:


Location Requirement: Has to be American based.


Experience: One to two years of consumer service or support experience. One plus is experience in a rural location.


Excellent customer-first attitude, active listening, problem-solving, and both written and oral communication abilities.


Tech-savvy: Easy using CRM systems, helpdesk systems, and other customer care tools.


In a remote work environment, self-motivated ability to keep organized, handle tasks, and work alone.


Accuracy in recording consumer encounters, troubleshooting techniques, and answers points toward detail.


Empathy: Shows actual customer sympathy and a will to find solutions to problems to their delight.
