Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location: Denver, CO 80218
Duration: 7 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk I is responsible for entering and verifying data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting organizational activities through administrative and clerical tasks. This is an entry-level role with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents into computer systems.
• Verify entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform audits of data to ensure compliance with procedures.
• May convert data between electronic systems.
• Support activities such as marketing lead tracking, fulfillment, manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and materials transactions.
• Provide routine administrative/clerical support to team members.
• Follow established procedures and deliver results under supervision.
• Communicate with team members to exchange basic information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level role; 0 years of prior experience required .
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision.
