Digital & Motion Graphics Designer

We’re looking for a creative Digital & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team and create engaging digital animations and video content for a variety of projects, including campaigns, social media, and performance media. You will collaborate with copywriters, art directors, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality multimedia deliverables on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and motion design, with the ability to design and animate various types of content. Your role will include working on social media content, product explainers, editing interviews, and performance media assets, all while ensuring creative excellence and alignment with brand guidelines.
Job Responsibilities• Collaborate with the team to understand project goals and develop visual language that aligns with marketing strategies.
• Work with channel owners (Social, Product, Performance Media, Brand Media) to translate marketing/product features into creative solutions.
• Conceptualize and create videos, animations, and illustrations, managing the post-production workflow from start to finish.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple assignments.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in design or motion graphics, ideally in an advertising or production studio.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality motion design work.
• Demonstrated experience in creating motion content, from concept/storyboard to animation.
• Excellent skills in typography, layout, and conceptual design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere); 3D skills are a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
