These duties require independent judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and an ability to easily adapt to change. The position requires a highly organized individual who demonstrates an exemplary professional demeanor and is equally capable of working independently and as a member of a skilled, fast-paced professional team. The Executive Specialist and Project Manager must demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Special sensitivity is required in the handling of confidential information and discussions involving a broad spectrum of issues. Ability to work effectively in a quality management environment and with sensitivity to persons of diverse backgrounds and abilities is essential. Must mirror and promote collegial working relationships and a professional office environment. Please note that this position will be required to work on site at least four days per week. Five days per week on site work is preferred although flexibility for occasional special needs for remote work will be provided. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Two to four years of administrative support. Experience with PSU systems and processes. Benefits Work Days/Hours 40 Total Compensation Range & Benefits Statement S alary is dependent on several factors, and new employees will typically start around the Q1 level to allow for later growth within the salary band. PSU has a structured process for determining starting compensation, taking into account years of related experience, applicable skills, knowledge and abilities, market parity, and internal equity. The starting annual salary for this position will be $54,162 but may be negotiated above this rate dependent upon the factors above, the budget of the hiring department, and approval from HR.
