We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney (AMLAW) to join our dynamic team in the Tech Services industry. The successful candidate will be a part of a fast-paced environment, working closely with a team of dedicated professionals. This exciting role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex cases, providing legal guidance and support to our clients. Y
Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in RFO hearings, evidentiary hearings, and serve as second chair in family law trials.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law
3. Expertise in handling RFO motions, discovery, and declarations
4. Courtroom experience is highly preferred, particularly in RFO hearings
5. Strong legal research and writing skills, especially with declarations and pleadings
6. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and to provide clear and accurate legal advice.
7. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and to build strong relationships with clients.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
11. Knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and compliance will be an added advantage.
