HVAC SERVICE MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION (Tucson, AZ)
Well-established Construction Company is seeking a detail oriented and motivated individual for our Service Manager position.

Responsibilities
· Oversee All Aspects of the Service Department Including Dispatch, Sales and Service
· Manage Service Operations, Field Labor and Service Support
· Develop a Consistent Attitude that the Customer Comes First
· Create a Culture of Professionalism, Efficiency and Continual Improvement
· Lead, Inspire, Grow and Develop Our Service Team
· Develop Budgets, Set Sales Goals and Grow Customer List
· Prepare and Present Proposals and Service Agreements
· Monitor Employee’s Work Levels and Review Work Performance
· Hire New Employees and Train Staff
· Promote New Business for Growth
· Manage Costs, Billings and Collections
· Meet with Vendors and Suppliers
· Participate in Management, Sales and Financial Report Meetings
Qualifications
· Five Years of Related Experience
· Knowledge of Industry a Must
· Excellent Customer Service Skills
· Sales Experience a Plus
· Solid Computer Skills Including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Well Organized
