Job Description
:
Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and sales operations. This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive business growth through effective marketing and sales coordination.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and email campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
Support the sales team by organizing client meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining customer databases
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement
Coordinate events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company services
Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales data, client interactions, and marketing efforts
Skills & Qualifications
:
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
