Company Background: At Miller-Keystone Blood Center, our mission is to save lives by partnering with our community to provide a continuous supply of blood services to our community.

Position Summary: We are hiring mobile phlebotomists who enjoy interacting with the public and being part of a team that helps save lives through community blood drives. Our phlebotomists draw voluntary blood product donations from healthy donors who want to make a difference by saving lives.

** HOURS: - Full Time - Day/Evening Shift - 7am-3pm and 12pm - 8pm - Every other weekend, rotating holidays required; Part Time-Bethlehem

Reading, Phoenixsville, Bethlehem-Part Time

Qualifications:

•Knowledge of Medical Terminology.

•Phlebotomy experience preferred.

•Competency in taking manual blood pressure and pulse.

•Ability to work with computers and tablets, a plus.

•Customer service experience.

•Flexibility.

•Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

•A valid driver's license and personal transportation is required.

Pay and Bonuses:

•Starting Rate is $18 per hour

•New Hire Bonuses: You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500. Total of $1,000 over one year of employment service.
