Position Summary The facility is seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join its thriving women's health team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
This full-time position offers an excellent blend of obstetric and gynecologic care, supported by experienced nursing staff, certified nurse midwives, and advanced practice providers. Essential Position Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients across all age groups.
- Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including deliveries.
- Perform in-office procedures and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries.
- Conduct preventive health screenings and address reproductive health concerns.
- Collaborate with midwives, nurse practitioners, and specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide continuous coverage for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, education, and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications - Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
- Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology; eligible for North Carolina medical licensure.
- Experience: Previous OB/GYN experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
