About the Role
We’re currently hiring a Part-Time Residential Cleaner to be placed on a 2-person cleaning crew . This is an opportunity to join a supportive team where your work is valued and your contributions directly impact our clients' lives. You’ll work closely with a partner to deliver consistent, top-tier results to clients throughout Nepean and nearby Ottawa neighborhoods.
Work Hours:
Part-time position
Planned hours scheduled between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM , Monday to Friday
Occasional Saturday shifts may be available
No evening or overnight work
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-quality cleaning services in residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas
Work efficiently and cooperatively within a 2-person crew to complete daily assignments
Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety procedures with care and consistency
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients and coworkers, serving as a brand ambassador who reflects our values of trust, respect, and pride in work
Treat each home and client with care, discretion, and reliability
Manage and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Complete all assigned tasks on schedule and to company standards
Requirements
All applicants must meet the following requirements:
Background check and two professional references
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
