JOB SUMMARY:

As a Restaurant Team Member, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding service by delivering delicious food quickly in a clean and welcoming environment. We provide thorough training on customer service, food preparation, equipment use, technology, and our brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Engagement: Ensure every guest has an exceptional experience by greeting them warmly, serving food quickly, and doing so with a smile.
  • Food Safety Standards: Adhere to all food safety guidelines to maintain our customers' health and safety.
  • Food Preparation: (if not a minor) Prepare and cook food according to our quality standards.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional look as you represent our brand, including wearing the correct uniform and following grooming standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with colleagues, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
  • Continuous Learning: Accept instructions from supervisors, participate actively in training, and apply your new skills on the job.
  • Sanitation and Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant remains tidy and well-maintained, from dining areas to kitchens and equipment.
