The ideal Entry Level Sales Representative will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers. We provide the leads for our sales teams to be successful as we meet and engage with our customers face-to-face, so all you need is a bit of that southern charm. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is highly motivated to master every steppingstone as they advance at Nile Legacy. We offer unlimited growth opportunities, so the ideal candidate is a team player, a self-starter, and internally competitive. Responsibilities of our Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Work within the field sales department to learn and implement sales strategies to ensure our customers' success
• Create relationships with customers (in-person) to better understand and achieve their needs
• Learn and develop as a sales leader within our company

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years experience in any customer-driven industry (restaurant, retail, hospitality, sales, etc.)
• Comfortable engaging and communicating with customers
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Great communication skills
• Enjoys working in a team environment but can perform individually
• Goal-oriented
• Sportsmanship mindset
• Leadership and/or team experience
• Bachelors degree is preferred
