Job Description
If you are (at a minimum) a NJ Certified Social Worker experienced in senior living and long-term care, we'd love to hear from you! We are a new, rapidly expanding medical adult day care center serving Middlesex County and surrounding areas. You are a Social Worker who is enthusiastic about serving seniors, familiar with adult day care or similar regs, and can handle assessments, care plans, State and County applications for services (including Medicare, Medicaid, housing benefits, etc.) and more, with ease. Bilingual in Chinese is a plus, but not mandatory. Part-time moving quickly to full-time. Friendly and supportive atmosphere with room to grow!
