Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
Strong knowledge contact center technology roles
Create and implement scalable CCAI solutions using Google Cloud technologies
Develop and integrate conversational AI components (NLU TTS STT)
Work with product managers business analysts and development teams to align solutions with business goals
Continuously monitor and optimize AI application performance for a seamless customer experience
Stay updated with trends in conversational AI machine learning and contact center technologies
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
few years in AI machine learning or contact center technology roles
Proven experience in designing and deploying CCAI solutions
Proficiency in conversational AI platforms like Google Dialog flow CX
Programming languages like Node.js Java
Cloud platforms like Google Cloud AWS
