Superfly Agency Rotational Internship Program - Summer 2023

As the visionaries behind Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, and much more, the Superfly team is a creative and dedicated group of storytellers, content creators, strategists, and experience builders. Our Superfly Agency Internship Program is designed to provide an invaluable hands-on experience for those who want to learn how we create cultural experiences for fans. 

You will work alongside a passionate group in a creative, fast-paced, and innovative atmosphere. Forget about coffee runs -- our interns learn the ins and outs of experiential marketing, creative concepting, event production, client management, business development, and more.

Your role will be to assist with all facets of the Agency business working with our leadership and internal teams including: Business Leadership /Client management, Creative and Production. This Agency Rotational Summer 2025 internship will take place from early June 2025 through mid August 2025.

About our Internship Program:

This is a paid educational internship. As an intern, you’ll gain experience unparalleled in the classroom. We provide interns with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills while gaining a deeper understanding of concepts through hands-on application. Working closely with their supervisor, interns explore their career field of interest, acquire new skills, and develop transferable skills.

Each intern reports to a Superfly division who will select team members to provide hands-on training, oversight, and mentorship. Your internship benefits include gaining experience unparalleled in the classroom, exploration in a career field of interest, acquiring new skills and developing transferable skills for resume building, and establishing vital career networks and mentors. Interns are paid an hourly rate of $16 an hour.

*Eligible candidates must either be enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university. 

* Eligible candidates must be able to be in our NYC office Tues / Thurs

As a Superfly intern, you'll learn and be a part of:

• Understanding the future of experiential marketing, social media and how brand experiences are created
• Go behind the scenes and participate in creative brainstorm,  team collaborations and strategy sessions
• Identify news to share across the agency about experiential marketing, emerging technology, consumer insights and existing and prospective clients 
• Weekly learnings sessions with Superfly’s leadership
• Help us stay organized, attend meetings, participate, contribute and ensure we keep our communication flowing across our teams
• Dig in and assist with ad hoc tasks to learn how we work and how we create what’s next for fans

Your strengths/experience/interests include:

• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Strong writing skills (creative & technical)
• Willingness to take on a full range of tasks; ability to multitask
• Proactive and curious, and you love to learn
• You enjoy research and problem solving
• Proficiency in Google Apps (especially Google Drive) and Microsoft Office
